This is a translation of the Italian version of this policy, which prevails in case of discrepancy.
This policy explains how we process the personal data of people who visit udriver.app and of people who contact us through the website form, pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

2. What data we process and why
Browsing data. The systems that run the website collect some technical data sent by your browser: IP address, date and time of the request, page visited, browser type and operating system. We use this data to display the website, keep it secure and detect malfunctions.
Legal basis: legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention: 30 days, unless needed to investigate unlawful activity.
Contact and demo requests. Through the “Want to know more?” form we collect your first name, last name, email and, if you provide it, your phone number. We use them only to reply to your request and to arrange the demo. Together with the request we record the date, time and IP address of the submission, so that we can prove you accepted this policy.
Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Providing the data is optional, but without your first name, last name and email we cannot reply to you.
Retention: 24 months from the last contact, after which the data is deleted.
Spam protection for the form. To block automated submissions, the form uses an anti-spam verification service, which analyzes the IP address and technical data about your browser and device to tell people apart from bots. The check usually requires no action; only in suspicious cases may a checkbox appear.
Legal basis: legitimate interest of the controller in keeping the website secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Cookies and tracking tools. The website uses technical cookies and, only with your consent, statistics and marketing cookies.
Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time. Details are in the Cookie policy.
3. How we process data
We process data electronically, with appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect it. Only authorized people can access it. We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects concerning you.
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell or disclose data publicly. It may be received by:
- staff and collaborators of the controller who are authorized to process it;
- service providers that process data on our behalf as processors (Art. 28 GDPR) or, where their terms provide so, as independent controllers: website hosting, emailing us the requests sent through the form, spam protection for the form, fonts, the accessibility widget and, only with your consent, statistics and campaign measurement tools (details in the Cookie policy);
- public authorities, when required by law.
5. Transfers outside the European Union
Some providers may also process data outside the European Union, in particular in the United States. In these cases the transfer is based on an adequacy decision of the European Commission, such as the one on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework of July 10, 2023, or on the standard contractual clauses approved by the Commission.
6. Your rights
At any time you can request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest (Arts. 15-22 GDPR). You can withdraw the consent you gave, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. To exercise your rights, write to absolutesrl@casellapec.com.
If you believe the processing infringes the GDPR, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
7. Changes
We may update this policy. The version in force is always published on this page, with the date of the last update.
